To be honest, I am in between a four and a five. The concept of Mexican fusion sushi baffled me, however the execution for it, excited me. We had diabla roll, mission roll, rainbow row, gyoza, shishito peppers, and churro ice cream. The diabla roll was exquisite. The mission roll, had a different taste to it, but in a good way. Although for me, it was a lot spicier than anticipated. If you enjoy that spicy goodness then you should get this roll. The rainbow roll is a safe roll in the sense that there was nothing extraordinary about it. The gyoza was super crispy so if you don't like it in that state don't get it. The shishito peppers had some kick to it with a drench of lemon on it. The only thing that was off-putting was the hair in the churro ice cream. Of course the staff and manager apologized and comp the item. Everyone was nice and the place was clean.

I think im addicted to this place!! The service is ok they can definitely do a lot better with being more attentive. Very nice girls but just need them to be more attentive. Food is absolutely delish. Pelican roll my favorite. Can get loud with the music they play there. But it's ok

This place is really a hidden gem. Sushi with Mexican infused options. Who would've thought sushi needed that mexican sazón! My favorite go to dish is "Pancho Villa". Inside: spicy crab, cucumber, avocado and shrimp tempura Outside:tuna, salmon avocado aguachiles onion mix and our diabla sauce. I'm usually not a fan of spicy but this is tolerable. Nose will drip and you'll need to refill your water but it is worth the flavor/taste. Music and sports are usually on. Overall it's a great place to come with friends, family or even a quick lunch stop by yourself. Just be aware the evenings will have a longer wait time.
